Entertaining could not be easier. Everyone loves turkey dinner. This one-pan dinner looks gorgeous and is sure to impress.


Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Lightly coat turkey with 1 tbsp olive oil and generously season all over with turkey seasoning. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine vegetables in a bowl and toss with remaining olive oil and seasoning. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine bread, broth, and stuffing seasoning. Stir in cranberries and beans.
  5. Remove pan from oven; increase temperature to 425° F (220° C). Spread the vegetables around the turkey in a single layer. Return to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove pan from oven and tuck the bread mixture around the turkey.
  7. Roast everything for 10 minutes, until an instant read thermometer indicates the meat has a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
Tips

Serve with Savory Herb Gravy.
